Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but being in the annex, I missed knowing that beforehand, and the view of the builder's yard wasn't ideal. The service, however, was exceptional, with a team that truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was lovely, with easy access to Knaresborough and Harrogate, but the view of the builder's yard was a downside. Dining was a bit disappointing, although the breakfast was sufficient. Overall, the hotel had its charms but also some drawbacks.
I stayed in one of the emperor suites, and the room size was impressive, although the view was limited to a pan-tiled roof instead of the beautiful parkland. The room had a huge bed and comfortable seating by the window, which was lovely.
The hotel offers rooms with a homely feel and large spaces, though the dining experience could be improved. The service is dedicated, and the location provides a serene environment to recharge. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay.
